The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in one of the best areas in the city. the room had a great view overlooking the beautiful surroundings. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. the facilities in the room were modern and convenient.
The hotel owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, making me wait for 15 minutes at the front desk and then publicly berating me in front of other guests.

The New Year's celebration offered by the hotel was great, with a variety of dishes and drinks. the location was convenient, close to the slopes and ski lifts. the heated indoor pool was a plus, providing a great way to relax after skiing all day.
The noise level in the rooms was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member who was unprofessional and rude in their communication.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with one of the best locations in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Parking was easy and convenient, and the transportation options in this area were excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location offered easy access to various attractions in the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. these were the best aspects of our experience at this hotel.

Great location! The hotel was in the perfect spot for our weekend adventure. We were able to easily walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable with good amenities and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the surrounding area from our room.
The walls in our room were quite thin, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. We could hear noise from outside and from neighboring rooms.
